1. Introduction

Welcome to Points, your trusted platform for building materials and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using Points.

2. Using Points Platform

  • Points allows you to purchase building materials and services online, whether home or abroad.
  • Building materials prices are always fluctuating; we allow you to choose your needs first, submit your order, and then get their real-time prices; final invoices are confirmed after order review.
  • Payments must be made before delivery.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive items.

3. Points Bechek (Building Credit Feature)

Points Bechek is a prepaid building credit system designed to help you plan and manage your construction projects.

  • Not cash: Points Bechek represents the value of deposits made into Points’ designated accounts.
  • Usage: Can only be used to purchase building materials, services, or approved products within the Points ecosystem.
  • Non-transferable: Cannot be sold, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash.
  • Deposits: When you deposit money via bank, mobile money, or diaspora channels, Points Bechek is manually updated by our team.
  • Redemption: Once used to purchase materials/services, transactions are final.
  • Refunds: Generally non-refundable except for errors, fraud, or with management approval. Refunds, if any, will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Orders & Invoices

  • Orders are confirmed via real-time invoices.
  • Payments must be completed to proceed with delivery.
  • Once delivered, transactions are final, except under our Return Policy.

5. Delivery & Returns

Express Delivery:

  • Orders paid before 4:00 PM in Greater Banjul are delivered same day.
  • Orders after 4:00 PM delivered next working day.
  • Delivery outside Greater Banjul depends on logistics and may take longer.

Free Returns (within 24 hours):

  • Eligible for wrong item, damaged item, or quantity mismatch.
  • Contact our Help Desk within 24 hours with order ID + photo/video of the issue.
  • Delivery team picks up the item at no cost.
  • Choose replacement or refund to Points Bechek.
  • Items must remain in original condition; free returns do not cover change of mind.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal information during registration.
  • Keep login credentials safe.
  • Use Points and Points Bechek only for lawful purposes.

7. Transparency & Records

  • Customers can view their Points Bechek balance and transaction history on their dashboard.
  • Report discrepancies within 7 days for investigation.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Contact Points support for any concerns.
  • We aim to resolve disputes within 14 business days.
  • Unresolved disputes may be escalated through mediation or legal channels under Gambian law.

9. Amendments

  • Points may update these Terms at any time.
  • Changes will be communicated via email, SMS, or on the platform.
  • Continued use after updates means acceptance of new terms.

10. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Points, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including Points Bechek and Delivery & Returns policies.
